General Booking Guidelines

At Vals Beauty Hub, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking policies below.

Service Hours

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed (Special arrangements only)

Advance Booking

- Regular appointments: 2 days advance booking recommended
- Special events/Bridal services: 2-3 months advance booking required

Deposits & Payments

Booking Deposits

- Regular services: 25% deposit required
- Bridal/Special events: 50% deposit required
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 72 hours notice

Payment Methods

We accept:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- E-transfer
- Cash

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our schedule and our ability to serve other clients.

Cancellation Terms

- 72+ hours notice: Full deposit refund or transfer to new appointment
- 24-72 hours notice: Deposit transferable to new appointment only
- Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit forfeited
- No-show: Full service charge applies
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly

Mobile Service Guidelines

Service Location

- Services available throughout Gatineau/Ottawa area
- Travel fee may apply based on location
- Adequate space and lighting required for service
- Clean and safe environment necessary
- Please provide your full address and any specific instructions for access upon booking.

Arrival & Setup

- 15-20 minutes setup time required before service
- Please ensure availability during the scheduled time slot
- Additional waiting time may result in reduced service time

Late Policy

We strive to provide each client with the full appointment time they have booked. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

Client Tardiness

- 15+ minutes late: Service time may be reduced
- 30 minutes late: Appointment may need to be rescheduled
- Clients arriving more than 30+ minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy.
- Late arrival fees may apply
- If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee that the full service can be provided.
