What areas do you serve?
We provide beauty services throughout the Gatineau and Ottawa areas. We offer both mobile services and appointments at our private studio location.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and e-transfers. Payment is required at the time of service.
Yes, we use high-quality, professional-grade products that are safe and hypoallergenic. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
For most services, you don’t need to bring anything. However, for makeup services, you may want to bring any specific products you prefer or reference photos of your desired look.
For appointments, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. For mobile services, please ensure the space is ready when we arrive.

Booking & Cancellation

You can book appointments through:

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular services and 1-3 months for bridal services.
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations: 50% fee applies
• No-shows: Full service fee applies
• Rescheduling within 24 hours: $25 fee
• Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis
Yes, we require deposits for:
 
• Bridal services: 50% deposit
• Group bookings: 30% deposit
• Services over $150: 25% deposit
• Special occasion makeup: $50 deposit
 
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with a 48-hour notice.

Mobile Services

• We bring all necessary equipment and products
• You provide a clean, well-lit space
• Minimum 6×6 ft area required
• Access to electrical outlets is needed
• Good ventilation is required for nail services
• Proper lighting for makeup services
Travel fees are based on distance:
 
• Within 5km: Free
• 5-15km: $15
• 15-30km: $25
• Over 30km: Custom quote
• Early morning (before 8 am) or late evening (after 8 pm): +$15
Yes! We offer special packages for:
 
• Bridal parties
• Special events
• Corporate events

• Birthday parties.
 
Minimum 4 people required for group bookings.
